Vintage with modern amenities.

The interior of The House contains many original features and vintage fixtures. The ground floor has several adjoining rooms that are suitable for small intimate gatherings, weddings or dinner parties.

Events may also be planned for outside The House. The garage is available as a rustic bar space, and the property features The Grove, one of the last remaining areas of wooded open space in downtown Excelsior located adjacent to the rear of the House. 
 
The Suite upstairs is fully furnished and available for rent as part of the event space for an additional charge. It provides a comfortable private retreat during event preparations, as well as convenient access to all the amenities that downtown Excelsior has to offer.

Rates and Policies

Preferred caterer and vendor list available upon request.
Any caterers or vendors in the space must carry pertinent licenses and insurance coverage. 

Rates include use of main floor space and outdoor spaces, as well as all furniture inventory included throughout.  

• Monday through Thursday (2 hour minimum) - $125 an hour 
• Friday (4 hour minimum) - $150 an hour 
• Saturday (8 hour minimum) - $150 an hour 
• Sunday (2 hour minimum) - $150 an hour – holiday weekends extra

​Additional Options / Details 

• The Suite can be added to your rental period for $250
• If your event requires labor assistance for changing set up during the event, there will be an additional $300 charge
• Holidays weekends and dates may be extra – Check for availability and pricing

• Weekend or overnight stays are possible - Check for availability and pricing 

Booking policies

First payment of 50% of rental fee (non-refundable, non-transferable, credited toward rental fee) – due at booking.

Due two weeks before event: Rental fee, security deposit ($250), signed contract, proof of general liability insurance, catering/bartending contract, license, and insurance (for any food or alcohol) other than for preferred caterers.
