The interior of The House contains many original features and vintage fixtures. The ground floor has several adjoining rooms that are suitable for small intimate gatherings, weddings or dinner parties.
Events may also be planned for outside The House. The garage is available as a rustic bar space, and the property features The Grove, one of the last remaining areas of wooded open space in downtown Excelsior located adjacent to the rear of the House.
The Suite upstairs is fully furnished and available for rent as part of the event space for an additional charge. It provides a comfortable private retreat during event preparations, as well as convenient access to all the amenities that downtown Excelsior has to offer.

Booking policies
First payment of 50% of rental fee (non-refundable, non-transferable, credited toward rental fee) – due at booking. Due two weeks before event: Rental fee, security deposit ($250), signed contract, proof of general liability insurance, catering/bartending contract, license, and insurance (for any food or alcohol) other than for preferred caterers. |
